Luke Stanley Architects is a deliberately small, Ballarat-based design studio known for its personal service and thoughtful architecture.
Over the years, we have developed a reputation for carefully listening to our clients needs and exceeding expectations.
We take the time to understand the day-to-day needs of our clients, as well as the long term requirements of every project, including building performance, sustainability and environmental goals.
We work hard to foster collaborative relationships with local craftspeople, to deliver the best outcomes for our clients’ briefs and budgets.
Whether in a heritage setting, an urban environment, or a rural landscape, we embrace the unique opportunities and constraints of each site to create architecture that is delightful and enduring.

LUKE STANLEY
Luke has over twenty years of experience in award-winning practices both in Australia and overseas.
He began his career working on bespoke residential projects at Studio 101 Architects Geelong, before joining Bates Smart Melbourne in the design team for commercial and multi-residential schemes. This experience prompted a move to the United Kingdom where he worked with Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners on the New York World Trade Centre project, among others.
After relocating to Ballarat in 2011, Luke opened his own studio with the aim of delivering exceptional architecture in a regional environment.
